These Terms of Service govern your use of zacsattackplants.com and purchases from Zac's Attack Plants. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. STORE AND ELIGIBILITY
Zac's Attack Plants operates this store using Shopify. You must provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Customer accounts are optional. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. LIVE PLANTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Live plants are living, naturally variable products. Size, color, shape, pitcher count, rooting, and seasonal appearance may differ from photographs or descriptions. Minor cosmetic damage, leaf loss, dropped or dried pitchers, and ordinary shipping stress do not necessarily mean a plant is unhealthy. Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and quantities may change without notice.

3. ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION
An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm and process it. We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, weather risks, shipping restrictions, or an address we cannot safely serve. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after packing begins or a shipping label is purchased.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Live plants are generally processed for shipment on Mondays to reduce time in transit. Shipping dates and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of weather, holidays, plant condition, carrier delays, or destination restrictions. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, secure delivery address and monitoring tracking. Risk related to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unattended package may affect eligibility for a remedy. Our Shipping Policy contains additional details.

5. RETURNS, DAMAGE, AND REFUNDS
Live-plant claims and all refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Because plants are perishable, damage or dead-on-arrival claims must be submitted through our contact form within 24 hours of the carrier delivery scan with the order number and clear photographs of the plant, box, internal packaging, and shipping label. Do not return a plant unless we instruct you to do so.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital downloads are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use unless a product listing states otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or reproduce digital products for commercial use. Digital products are not returnable after delivery, but we will help correct inaccessible or corrupted files and duplicate charges.

7. PRICES AND TAXES
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, handling, and applicable taxes are added where required. You agree to pay all charges displayed at checkout.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
Store text, images, graphics, downloads, branding, and other original content belong to Zac's Attack Plants or the applicable licensors. You may not copy, scrape, republish, exploit, interfere with, or misuse the website or its content, or use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store uses Shopify and may link to or rely on other service providers, payment processors, carriers, apps, or websites. Their services and policies may apply separately. Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Zac's Attack Plants.

10. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated in writing. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, carrier delays, improper care, extreme weather, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Alabama, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
